With over $1 billion in luxury residential sales and active experience as a builder and developer, I advise a select group of clients across the full development lifecycle, from land acquisition and feasibility through architecture, layout, design, and finish specification. My role is to ensure the product is positioned correctly before it ever reaches the market. Selling new construction is a fundamentally different discipline than resale, it requires deep product knowledge, precise market positioning, and established trust within the broker community. I bring all three, because I operate in this space every day.
